What kind of services do you provide?

We provide various backdrops, signage, balloons, fresh flower arrangements, tablescape decor, and more. We work with many vendors like florists, rental companies, catering companies, and bakers to create the most beautiful and memorable event.

Why are balloons so expensive?

Regular balloons are made of lower quality latex whereas the ones we have are of higher professional-grade quality. They last a long time. We also double-stuff balloons to create custom colors which require us to use double the balloons.

Can I provide you with balloons and you make the garland?

No, that is not how it works. We only use premium quality balloons to create organic lux balloon garlands. That CAN NOT be achieved with low-quality balloons as they can be easily popped, and the colors compromised. Amazon kits cannot create organic garlands.

What are double-stuffed balloons?

It is a balloon inside another balloon to create a custom color. For example, to get a pastel pink balloon, we would stuff a pink balloon inside a white balloon.

Can we change our design after?

Of course! It’s your day and we are flexible in changing the design. Keep in mind that we may not have the props/balloons available the closer we get to the event. Please make any changes at least 1 week prior to the event.

What if there is an emergency and I would like to postpone/cancel the event?

Deposits are non-refundable. We understand that emergencies may happen and circumstances change. We are okay with changing the dates as long as we are told at least a week in advance. If we already started prepping, there may be some inconvenience fees based on how much work is done.
